Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
Explain our residential plots and row house projects to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales.
Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
