A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level engineering role where fresh graduates are trained in technical, operational, and project-related activities before being assigned permanent responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in daily engineering operations
Participate in training and development programs
Support production, maintenance, testing, or project activities
Analyze technical issues and help implement solutions
Prepare reports, documentation, and technical records
Follow safety, quality, and company standards
Coordinate with different departments and teams
Monitor equipment/process performance
Learn company systems, tools, and workflows

Basic engineering knowledge

Team collaboration
MS Office/Excel
Technical software knowledge related to branch

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
