Key Responsibilities

1)Welcome customers and understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget.

2) Assist clients in selecting wallpapers, curtains, blinds, upholstery fabrics, flooring, wall panels, furniture, and other home furnishing products.

3)Explain product features, materials, finishes, pricing, and customisation options.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.

4) Coordinate with the design, measurement, and installation teams for smooth project execution.

5) Maintain solid customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.

6) Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally.

7) Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

8) Keep the showroom well-organised, attractive, and updated with recent collections.

9) Maintain customer records, sales reports, and daily follow-ups using CRM or Excel.

10) Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and product knowledge.
