We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Construction Site Supervisor who is eager to learn and enhance their expertise in construction field operations. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day site activities while gaining hands-on experience in execution, coordination, quality control, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor labor productivity and ensure effective use of materials and resources.
Support senior engineers/project managers in site execution and reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
Learn to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.




Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material logs, and site instructions.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Identify in office issues and proactively seek guidance to resolve them.
Required Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
Basic understanding of construction drawings and site processes.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a quick-paced environment.
