Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers / Sales Executives to achieve monthly business targets.
Drive sales of secured and unsecured loan products, including Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and related financial products.
Generate recent business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and market development.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.
Ensure proper lead generation, follow-up, documentation, login, and conversion of cases.
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, productivity, and target achievement.
Conduct regular field visits and support team members in closing important cases.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with solid leadership and team-building abilities.
Good knowledge of the local market and financial products.
