As we continue to expand our Appliances business, we're looking for dynamic and results-driven Branch Managers to lead sales operations, build high-performing teams, and drive business growth across key markets.

Position: Branch Manager – Sales

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve business and revenue targets.
- Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and retail networks across the assigned territory.
- Increase market penetration, retail coverage, and brand visibility.
- Lead, coach, and motivate field sales teams to deliver exceptional performance.
- Execute sales strategies, trade promotions, and new product launches.
- Manage branch operations, inventory planning, collections, and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and leverage data to drive business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years of experience in Kitchen Appliances, Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electricals, or allied industries .
- 3–5 years of experience leading Branch Sales or Area Sales operations.
- Solid understanding of General Trade, Regional Retail, Channel Sales, and Distribution Management.
- Proven leadership, business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
