Role Description The Branch Manager role at ErigoIndia FinServ Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gondal.

The Branch

Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing staff, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service for insurance and investment products.

Responsibilities include achieving branch business targets, implementing company policies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The role involves guiding customers on suitable insurance and investment options, building relationships with local clients and partners, and driving branch-level marketing and outreach initiatives.

Manager will also be accountable for reporting branch performance, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Strong background in financial services, particularly life insurance, general insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds and SIPs.

Proven experience in branch management, sales leadership, or team supervision within banking, insurance, or related financial sectors.

Solid customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide clear, ethical financial guidance.

Competence in operational management, including compliance, documentation, reporting, and process improvement.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a local market context.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to interpret financial data and track performance against targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or investment advisory are an advantage.

Comfort working on-site in Gondal, with the ability to adapt to local market conditions and engage in field-level activities as needed.
