- Engage potential customers to explain our offerings and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions effectively.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to deliver a consistent brand message.
- Provide detailed reports on call outcomes and sales performance.

Requirements

- Fluent in Telugu and Kannada languages.
- Previous experience in Customer Support or Telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.
