Role Description The BPO Team Leader (Collection) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli-Dharwad. This position oversees a collections team handling customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments and adherence to collection policies and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring team performance, allocating workloads, mentoring team members, and resolving escalated customer queries related to debt collection.

The role involves analyzing collection data, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with finance and operations teams to improve recovery rates and customer experience.

Leader is expected to maintain high service quality, drive process improvements, and uphold professional conduct in all customer interactions.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Finance skills for managing customer accounts and understanding repayment structures.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle queries,



manage escalations, and maintain a skilled communication standard.

Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership and people management skills to guide, motivate, and develop a collections team.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret collection metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.

Relevant experience in BPO or contact center environments, particularly in collections or financial services, is beneficial.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages are preferred.

Ability to work with targets, handle pressure, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Graduate degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in collections team leadership will be considered.
