Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Associates to join our team in Hinjewadi, Pune. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for candidates who want to start or build their career in customer service, business process outsourcing and client support.

The selected candidates will interact with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries and ensure a positive customer experience. Training will be provided for eligible freshers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, email or chat, depending on the assigned process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow company processes, quality standards and customer-service guidelines.
- Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality and customer-service targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate, depending on the process.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/internet.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from the Hinjewadi, Pune office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, where applicable.

Salary

₹3 LPA – ₹14 LPA, depending on the process, communication skills, relevant experience, performance, incentives and role requirements.
