A two year old IT Services company is looking for Biz Talk Consultants

Qualifications

- Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of development experience with the .NET platform

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft products including: Visual Studio .NET, C# and/or VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services and BizTalk server

- Must have 2 years of database design and development experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2005

- Must have at least 1 year of MS BizTalk (2004 or 2006) experience (2 years + is preferred)

- Experience and deep level of understanding of XML, XSL and XPath

- Experience in BizTalk deployment strategies and high availability solutions is a plus

- Experience and knowledge of WCF and WF (.NET 3.0) is a plus

- Knowledge and understanding of SOA and ESB concepts is a plus

- Previous experience leading a .NET project is a plus

- Solid ability to work in a customer-facing environment

- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
