About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM, Architectural and Structural modelling using Autodesk Revit . The ideal candidate should have experience working on residential building projects .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Work on Scan-to-BIM projects , converting point cloud data into detailed BIM models.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings, point clouds, and site data.
- Create and maintain Revit families, views, sheets, and project documentation.
- Coordinate Architectural and Structural models and identify modelling issues.
- Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with BIM Leads, Engineers,



and project teams to deliver models within timelines.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit .
- Strong experience in both Architectural and Structural modelling .
- Practical experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows .
- Experience working on residential building projects .
- Good understanding of BIM standards, modelling practices, and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Education Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field .
