We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle day-to-day billing, invoice generation, payment entries, cash/UPI/card reconciliation and basic accounting-related activities. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, accuracy in data entry and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily customer billing and invoice generation.

- Prepare accurate invoices as per company policies.

- Enter sales, receipts, payments and other transactions in the system.

- Handle cash, UPI, card and other payment collections.

- Verify billing details, discounts, taxes and customer information.

- Maintain daily billing and collection records.

- Reconcile daily cash and digital payments with system records.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Parts and Accounts departments.

- Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.

- Ensure all billing documents are properly maintained.

- Check pending/outstanding payments and coordinate for collection.

- Prepare daily/monthly billing and collection reports.





- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and supporting documents.

- Report any billing mismatch or payment discrepancy to the concerned manager.

- Follow company SOPs and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

- Perform other billing/accounts-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Basic knowledge of billing and accounting.

- Good numerical and calculation skills.

- Accurate data entry and documentation skills.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good attention to detail.

- Knowledge of GST/TDS and basic accounting will be an advantage.

- Experience with Tally/ERP/DMS software will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
