- Subcontractor Invoices: Check, process, and certify vendor and subcontractor bills. [1

- Rate Analysis: Analyze item rates using standard schedules (like DSR) or market rates for extra/non-tendered items.
- Material Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly material statements to compare actual site usage against theoretical consumption.
- Budget Monitoring: Track project costs to prevent budget overruns and manage retention money.
