Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the beauty centre, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving revenue targets, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of beauty and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty centre

- Supervise beauticians, hair stylists, therapists, and support staff

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints professionally

- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and service targets

- Manage staff schedules, attendance, training, and performance

- Monitor inventory of beauty products, cosmetics, and consumables

- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained

- Drive customer retention, memberships, packages, and upselling

- Coordinate promotional activities and local marketing initiatives

- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service quality standards

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma in Beauty & Wellness, Hospitality, Business Management, or related field

- 4–8 years of experience in salon, beauty centre, spa, or wellness operations

- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in premium/luxury salons, beauty centres, wellness centres, or spa chains

- Experience handling staff, revenue targets, customer retention, and retail product sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
