About the Role

Fly Your Tech is looking for a BDA / Client Relationship Executive who will primarily be responsible for handling LeadLix CRM prospects and customers .

The role involves conducting product demos, handling calls and online meetings, following up with prospects, understanding client requirements, coordinating with the internal team, and keeping clients updated.

The candidate will also assist with Fly Your Tech client communication, meetings and updates when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming LeadLix CRM enquiries and leads
- Conduct LeadLix product demos for potential customers
- Handle client calls, online meetings and product discussions
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable LeadLix features
- Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion
- Handle basic customer communication after onboarding
- Collect and communicate client feedback to the internal development team
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding client requirements, issues and updates
- Keep customers informed about progress, fixes and new features
- Assist with Fly Your Tech client meetings and communication when required
- Maintain proper lead, customer and follow-up records in the CRM
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers

Requirements




- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in handling calls and online meetings
- Good English communication
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and clients
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Basic understanding of software/SaaS products
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate CRM software
- Self-motivated, responsible and organized
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment
- Laptop/desktop and stable internet connection required

Previous experience in BDA, sales, SaaS, CRM, IT sales, customer success or client relationship management will be an advantage.

What You’ll Mainly Work On

LeadLix CRM → Leads → Calls → Demos → Meetings → Follow-ups → Customer Conversion → Client Coordination

You will be one of the primary points of contact between LeadLix/Fly Your Tech and its prospects and customers .

Compensation

₹10,000/month initially

Candidates must be comfortable with the stated initial salary before applying.

Work Mode

100% Work From Home The role requires regular availability for calls, online meetings, client demos and internal coordination.
