Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales for Nirvaana Hills . This role requires a confident, consultative sales professional who can manage channel partners, engage HNI and corporate clients, drive site visits, and convert high-value opportunities while upholding the brand's ethos of integrity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive end-to-end sales for the Nirvaana Hills project.
- Build, onboard, and manage channel partners and broker networks.
- Handle CRM-driven lead management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct client presentations for individual buyers, corporates, and partners.
- Plan and execute site visits, client walkthroughs, and closing discussions.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to align sales strategy and execution.




- Maintain high standards of client experience and brand representation.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience in real estate sales required.
- Solid expertise in channel partner/client onboarding and management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured lead follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident storyteller with a pleasing personality and strong client engagement abilities.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and travel as required.
- Passion for consultative selling and relationship-led sales.

(Experience in farmland or nature-led projects is an advantage but not mandatory.)
