Company Description EAT OTG Food Services is a hospitality company based in Navi Mumbai. Its first venture, Manuka, is a dine-in bakery and pizzeria in CBD Belapur that offers fresh breads, focaccia sandwiches, Neapolitan pizza, and house-made desserts to the local community. EAT OTG collaborates with suppliers, hospitality professionals, and partners who are committed to building meaningful food businesses in India.

Role Description The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, supporting food preparation for bakery and pizzeria items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling orders at the counter, explaining menu items, and ensuring timely and accurate service. The role requires engaging with guests, answering questions, and providing a welcoming, professional experience in line with the company’s hospitality standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai,



working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on consistency, safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess barista skills, including preparing espresso-based drinks and operating coffee equipment.

Candidates should possess food preparation skills for baked goods, pizzas, and related menu items.

Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a warm, attentive guest experience.

Candidates should possess clear communication skills for taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and interacting with team members.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial.

Previous experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant environment is preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods, work versatile shifts, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Enthusiasm for specialty coffee, artisan food, and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and grow.
