We are hiring a Barista for a premium coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other café drinks.

- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

- Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and seating area.

- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

- Process customer orders and handle billing/POS transactions.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Assist in opening and closing café operations.

Qualifications





- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

- Certificate in Barista Training or Hotel Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or Café Crew.

- Freshers with a passion for coffee and customer service are encouraged to apply.
