Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Ahmedabad. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to guests following established recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, handling food preparation for light snacks, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines.

The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and providing friendly,



efficient customer service. The Barista will also support the team by restocking supplies, assisting with inventory, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work env ironment. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage with guests and build positive relationships.

Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation and operation of coffee equipment.

Candidates should possess transparent Communication skills to take orders accurately and coordinate with team members.

Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.

Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience is beneficial.

Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
