We are looking for an experienced Baker to join an established and expanding restaurant and bakery business across Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. The role will be responsible for maintaining consistent bakery production, quality and presentation while supporting the organisation’s growing bakery business and future expansion plans.

- Handle day-to-day bakery production and ensure consistent quality across products.

- Prepare and execute bakery products according to standard recipes and quality specifications.

- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance and portioning.

- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the bakery operation.

- Monitor ingredient usage, wastage and production requirements.

- Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure timely production.

- Maintain high standards during high-volume production periods and festive requirements.

- Contribute ideas for new bakery products and improvements to the existing range.





- Support the development and strengthening of the bakery brand as the organisation expands.

- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and professional standards within the production area.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant bakery experience.

- Solid practical baking and production skills.

- Good knowledge of bakery products, ingredients and production methods.

- Experience in high-volume restaurant, bakery, QSR or food-service operations preferred.

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.

- Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure.

- Team-oriented with a hands-on approach.

- Candidates with an ownership mindset and willingness to grow with the organisation will be preferred.
