We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Partner / Growth Lead to drive initial pilot adoption and revenue generation. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified leads among real estate developers, private equity funds, and land aggregators, setting up product demos, and converting them into pilot users and paid enterprise subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and outreach to C-level executives (Directors, CFOs, Heads of Land Acquisition) in real estate development firms.
- Deliver platform presentations showing how Geoquantifyx replaces 3-week manual underwriting workflows with 10-minute automated deal memos.
- Onboard pilot accounts and gather user feedback to lock in commercial contracts.




- Manage sales pipeline and pipeline conversion metrics.

Requirements:

- 3–10 years of experience in B2B Tech Sales, Commercial Real Estate, PropTech, or Financial Services.
- Existing network within the Real Estate & Property Development sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Compensation Structure:

- Pre-Revenue / Pilot Phase: High performance commission (up to 30-40% on all upfront pilot and subscription revenue closed) , Milestone Equity options for future .
- Post-Revenue Transition: Fixed retainer as Head of Sales and one of the Directors in the company + performance bonuses upon commercial fundraise along with highly competitive perks .
