Industry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring current corporate clients and expanding our B2B network. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Identify and acquire new corporate clients, offices, educational institutions, hospitals, retail businesses, and other potential business partners.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for business expansion.





Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth execution of client requirements.

Prepare daily activity reports, weekly sales pipeline reports, and monthly performance updates.

Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Eligibility & Experience Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred)

1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Field Sales

Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition

Must own a two-wheeler for field visits and local travel

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets independently

Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is Mandatory.
