Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Electrical Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Autocad Electrical

Designer will produce detailed electrical drawings and schematics in AutoCAD for lighting projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with lighting designers and engineers, developing power distribution layouts, preparing load schedules,



and integrating electrical plans with architectural and interior designs. The role involves reviewing design inputs, performing basic calculations, updating documentation throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting on-site teams with clarifications and revisions as needed.

The designer will also collaborate with project managers to meet timelines, maintain drawing accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and standards.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AutoCAD Electrical drafting and lighting design is preferred

Applied knowledge of Electricity and Power Systems in building services and lighting applications.

Experience with Power Distribution design, including load calculations and panel schedules for diverse project types.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), with experience preparing electrical layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.

Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
