Role Description The Australia & NZ Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi. This role involves counseling students interested in studying in Australia and New Zealand, explaining available courses, institutions, and admission requirements. The counselor will support students through application processes, documentation, and visa guidance, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.





Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with partner institutions, and participating in education fairs or information sessions. The role also requires staying current with admission policies, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to improve student experience and outcome. Independent GS document checking and assessment

Knowledge of Australia & New Zealand student visa filing

Experience working with B2B partners

Strong knowledge of Australian & New Zealand universities and courses

Understanding of admission requirements, intakes, and application processes

End-to-end application handling

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Minimum 2 years of experience in Australia/New Zealand education counselling

Knowledge of current visa and admission policies for Australia & New Zealand
