Job Title : Auditing Manager Location of work : Mumbai, India Employment type : Full time Function Key Responsibility Areas: · Ensure audit quality and integrity by contributing to translate the audit strategy into actionable outcomes and implement audit programs in order to better monitor risks.

· Manage Auditor qualification and monitor Auditor capacity management in order to offer adequate coverage and expertise.

· Build collaboration and engage with external key stakeholders in order to ensure appropriate service delivery.

· Ensure alignment across amfori BSCI, BEPI, and QMI products to maintain consistency in audit expectations and outcomes.





· Handle audit related complaints and resolve audit issues in order to ensure compliance and maintain healthy relationships.

· Manage or contribute to cross-functional projects related to audit quality and integrity.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from a recognized university Preferably 5 years+ or a minimum of 3 years in social auditing and compliance field.

Specialist in auditing methodology, Audit assurance and quality management standards

Language: Bilingual (Hindi and English) with good verbal and writing skills. A good and in-depth knowledge of social auditing system especially amfori systems

Valuable interpersonal and communication skill

Proficiency in MS Office application with knowledge in both Hindi and English input
