Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audit Manager – CA/CMA Intermediate role based in Kozhikode.

The Audit

Manager will lead and execute financial audits, ensure adherence to regulatory and accounting standards, and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include planning audit engagements, supervising and mentoring junior team members, performing risk assessments, and preparing clear audit reports and recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their business processes, provide practical insights on internal controls, and support consultancy and advisory assignments as needed.

The Audit

Manager is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations,



and professional standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of firm methodologies.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and apply relevant standards.

Candidates should possess solid expertise in Financial Audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of audit engagements.

Candidates should possess proficiency in working with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis for compliance and accuracy.

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify risks, trends, and control gaps.

CA/CMA Intermediate qualification (or equivalent) required; completed articleship or relevant audit experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Effective communication and client management skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.

Ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines in a structured, in office work environment.

Proficiency with common accounting and audit tools;

experience with ERP or financial software is an advantage.
