/RESPONSIBILITIES

DEPARTMENT : INTERNAL AUDIT

POSITION : Assistant – Internal Audit

REPORTING TO : Manager – Internal Audit

DUTY HOURS : As Per Schedule Intimated From Time To Time

· To audit the various aspects of Medical & non Medical departments as per the Internal Audit procedures & protocols

· To coordinate with all departments & to ensure smooth run of departments in all its aspects as per the department SOPs & SLAs

· To complete the Internal audits as per the schedules and to submit the reports to the Manager for corrective actions if any.

· To ensure no employee(s) takes undue advantage out of the systems & procedures set forthwith

· To update & to have proof systems in place from time to time so that Organisation and its employees grow to the desired levels by practicing SOPs

· To suggest the systems to Manager to plug-in the loopholes in the present systems / practices

· Maintain all related documentation – files, registers, etc.

· Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures

· Perform any other job assigned by superior as per exigencies of work.
