Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Need to work in shifts and handle shift independently for Paint Process & Product Quality control , trouble shooting etc.
- Co-ordinate with material suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation.
- Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan.
- Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints.
- Paint Quality planning & execution for current model , new color launches , new projects in paint shop.
- Field complaint analysis , action planning for paint shop related complaints.
- Interact with body shop and TCF shops , PVT for paint shop quality related co-ordinations.
- Facilitate Quality related internal/external audits.
- Increase morale of the team by giving them input of Preferred Industries
