The Assistant Operations Manager oversees day-to-day resort operations to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, staff efficiency, and financial profitability. This hands-on leadership role requires managing multi-departmental coordination, resolving guest concerns promptly, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations & Guest Experience

- Monitor daily resort operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Activities, and Maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, facilities, and amenities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for guest feedback, complaints, and special requests, maintaining high service delivery and guest retention.
- Coordinate arrival and departure logistics for VIP guests, groups, and events.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

- Supervise, coach, and mentor operational staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to service standards.
- Assist with shift scheduling, duty rosters, labor cost control,



and workload distribution.
- Lead daily briefings and operational check-ins with shift supervisors.
- Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Skills:
- Solid leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar software.
- Multi-tasking ability under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of resort amenities (spa, activities, F&B;, banquet operations).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
