We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and business-focused Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across global markets and business functions. This role will be responsible for driving hiring strategy, scaling talent attraction capabilities, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, leading high-performing recruitment teams, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent to support its growth ambitions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership hiring, large-scale recruitment, employer branding, talent intelligence, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.

Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and build proactive hiring plans.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on hiring trends, talent market insights, and workforce planning.

Lead transformation initiatives focused on recruitment effectiveness, scalability, and candidate experience.

Global Hiring & Stakeholder Management

Drive hiring across India and global markets including North America, EMEA, and APAC.





Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional heads.

Manage executive and leadership hiring mandates while ensuring quality and speed of delivery.

Influence stakeholders through market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment and sourcing organization.

Establish clear goals, metrics, and career development plans for the team.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

Drive recruitment governance, process compliance, and operational excellence.

Optimize recruitment workflows, ATS utilization, reporting frameworks, and hiring SLAs.

Continuously enhance candidate experience, interviewer effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Implement scalable processes to support rapid business growth.

Talent Intelligence & Employer Branding

Leverage market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to influence hiring strategies.

Partner with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen Indegene's employer brand.

Build innovative sourcing channels and talent communities for niche and strategic talent segments.

Drive campus, diversity, and leadership hiring initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

Own hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics including:

Time-to-fill

Quality-of-hire

Offer-to-join ratio





Funnel conversion metrics

Source effectiveness

Hiring manager satisfaction

Use predictive insights and analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and workforce planning. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree/MBA preferred.

16+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.

Proven experience leading large-scale, complex hiring programs across multiple functions and geographies.

Robust exposure to life sciences, healthcare, technology, consulting, digital operations, or related industries.

Demonstrated success in leadership hiring and stakeholder management at senior executive levels.

Experience managing large recruitment teams and driving organizational transformation.

Deep understanding of recruiting technologies, sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, and recruitment analytics.
