Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Associate Trainer to lead the training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing training programs in Electronics, Robotics, AI, 3D Printing, Science and Maths, while also supporting curriculum development and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead our various learning and development programs




- Design and update training curriculum for the Students and Teachers
- Conduct hands-on training sessions in Electronics, Robotics, AI, 3D Printing, Science & Maths and related technologies
- Guide Students and Teachers in creating innovative, real-world projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of training goals
- Mentor and manage junior trainers or team members

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge in Science, Maths, Electronics, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and 3D Printing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C , Python, Scratch, etc.
- Proficiency in English, Assamese and Hindi language.
- Experience in team handling and mentoring roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and in dynamic environments.
- A learner’s mindset with a passion for innovation and education.
- Willing to work from Guwahati or relocate.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related field.
