What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in structural, facade, or BIM-led engineering delivery, including time in senior or lead roles
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture; Master's or chartered status (PE, CEng, SE) a plus
- Working fluency across our streams — precast, GRC/facade, and BIM (LOD 350–400) — sufficient to review and challenge work, not necessarily to produce it
- A track record of technical sign-off and of defending engineering positions with contractors and clients
- Calm, decisive escalation judgment and excellent written English for client-facing correspondence
- Gulf / Middle East project experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working UAE hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30, Sat 8:00–14:00 GST)
