Work Timings

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Job Summary The Associate will play a key role in managing client engagements across taxation, audit, financial advisory and regulatory compliance. The role involves client management, team leadership and execution of complex assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Compliance

Income Tax

- Manage advance tax calculations, TDS and income tax returns
- Handle tax audit assignments
- Provide tax planning and structuring strategies

GST

- Oversee GST returns, refund applications and GST audits
- Ensure GST compliance for client engagements

International Tax & Transfer Pricing

- Advise on international taxation matters
- Handle transfer pricing documentation
- Support FEMA compliance and structuring

Accounting & Payroll

- Lead accounting and bookkeeping assignments
- Supervise payroll processing and financial reporting

Audit

- Lead statutory audits, internal audits and tax audits
- Ensure audit documentation and compliance with standards

Financial Modeling & Valuation

- Perform financial modeling assignments




- Prepare valuation reports for transactions and advisory work

Client Advisory

- Prepare pitch decks for fund raising assignments
- Develop SOPs for client finance teams
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards

Team Leadership

- Mentor analysts and interns
- Allocate work and monitor deliverables
- Ensure high quality execution of assignments

Compliance Management

- Maintain regulatory compliance calendars
- Monitor statutory deadlines

Client & Firm Management

- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Coordinate with lawyers, company secretaries and other advisors
- Ensure engagement documentation and compliance processes are maintained

Qualifications

- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- Graduates or post-graduates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong experience mandatory in taxation, audit and advisory work. Freshers should not apply.
- Leadership and client management skills
