India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide.

Role: Associate Staff Intune Engineer

We strive to enhance productivity through seamless device management, proactive support, and continuous innovation, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for every employee.” Responsibilities: Operate as part of a Zurich in-house team to support, maintain and continuously improve Endpoint operational services across Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune as the unified endpoint management tool Serve as a line manager for a team of Intune Engineers located within the India Hub. Serve as an overall lead for the overall End-User Device Management team in the India hub, including Intune Engineers, Asset Managers and Package Engineers.

Provide flexibility to be available for escalations as required. Provide engineering support, including guidance and hands-on support on Intune operations,



platform integrations and service configurations Provide hands-on support for key Endpoint services including: Service Request management and fulfilment Release and Configuration Change Management and execution Incident resolution, general troubleshooting and remediation Delivery of services to agreed SLAs Service and metrics reporting Continuous service improvement Software deployment and packaging Support for testing services Creation and Maintenance of Operational processes Use AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Copilot-style capabilities) to accelerate troubleshooting, scripting and documentation in line with operational, security and governance requirements Manage endpoint scripts/configuration artifacts using engineering practices such as version control, peer review and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps Repos/Pipelines) aligned to change control requirements Create and maintain automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability (e.g., PowerShell scripting, Intune remediation scripts and workflow automation) Leverage digital experience analytics (e.g., Nexthink) to proactively identify user-impacting issues, quantify impact, priorities remediation and validate outcomes Support Windows Update for Business servicing (update rings, feature updates) and troubleshoot update/servicing issues impacting endpoints Support endpoint security and compliance controls including compliance policies, security baselines and BitLocker encryption, and contribute to integrations with security tooling (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint) where applicable Your Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise desktop management and Microsoft Intune configurations/support. The role requires strong troubleshooting capability across endpoint services and toolset integrations, with a strong working knowledge of Windows 11.

Experience supporting macOS platforms, and using endpoint experience/analytics tools such as Nexthink, would be an advantage.

Specific Requirements: 3-5 years Operational experience, with strong working knowledge of device management concepts, processes, operations, and administration University Degree or equivalent or specific relevant working experience Hands on experience of ongoing administration and service maintenance Strong working knowledge of Intune and Autopilot Strong working knowledge of the Windows OS Experience with Windows Update for Business (update rings, feature update deployments)



and troubleshooting servicing issues Understanding of endpoint security and compliance controls such as compliance policies, security baselines and BitLocker Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts relevant to device management, including Azure AD Join/Hybrid Join, groups and role-based access control Working knowledge of reporting tools e.g. PowerBI for data manipulation and presentation Strong documentation skills including creation and maintenance of AzureDevOps Wiki markdown and end user guidelines. Good organizational skills and time management.

Able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and Team Working skills Experience of supporting iOS, Android and MacOS platforms would be an advantage Relevant Industry Certifications would be an advantage including ITIL Foundation Proficiency in written and spoken English German, Italian, Spanish would be an advantage but not essential.

Beneficial Skills: Nexthink (or similar digital employee experience tooling) for analytics, remediation validation and reporting Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell) including remediation and operational tooling Azure DevOps (Repos, pull requests, pipelines) or similar DevOps tooling used to manage endpoint artifacts as code AI-enabled tooling (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate engineering workflows while adhering to security and governance Experience supporting macOS at scale (enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance, troubleshooting) Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration and device risk / compliance signal usage (where applicable) Purpose of this role: The IT Service Delivery Consultant utilizes technical and operational expertise to support and provide recommendations to deliver effective IT services that will meet the day to day needs of the business Nature of work: They consult and recommend necessary actions for effective operational delivery of core Endpoint services to all business partners within own area of responsibility, specifically Microsoft Intune and associated endpoint platforms/integrations. They collaborate with peers and partners (internal & external) and contribute to continuous improvement through automation and engineering practices. They investigate and assess internal client technical issues and manage each case to a successful resolution, working in conjunction with IT colleagues and directly with internal customers where necessary.

They provide technical expertise on endpoint management, security and servicing, advise on appropriate actions to fulfil procedural and regulatory requirements, and contribute to problem prevention through monitoring, analytics and proactive remediation.

Hybrid Working: This role follows Zurich’s hybrid working model and requires presence in the office 3–4 days per week, with flexibility based on business and team needs.
