Matters

Afford is building a broader consumer financial app by bringing together brands, offers, rewards, payments, and financial products. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with merchants and internal teams to expand and strengthen the supply side of the platform. You will own merchant onboarding, commercials, supply health, and monetization while supporting product initiatives that improve merchant outcomes. What You’ll Own

Merchant GTM: Drive go-to-market and onboarding for new brands onto Afford, from initial pitch through going live.

Commissions & Monetization: Own commissions, rate cards, and merchant-facing monetization while helping shape how Afford monetizes its supply.

Merchant Management: Manage merchant relationships and supply health, ensuring brands remain engaged and perform effectively.

Analytics: Track and report on merchant performance, supply mix, and monetization metrics.

Merchant Onboarding: Run merchant onboarding end to end and grow the brand catalog.

Commercials: Structure and manage commissions, revenue share, and merchant offers.

Supply Management:



Own merchant relationships and resolve supply-side issues to maintain a healthy merchant ecosystem.

Data & Insights: Use SQL, Trino, and Metabase to monitor supply health, merchant performance, and monetization.

Cross-functional Execution: Partner with Product, Growth, and Business teams to improve merchant outcomes.

Product Support: Support PRDs, QA, and execution of merchant-facing product features.

Who You

Are

1–3 years of experience in Product, Partnerships, Account Management, Business, or a related role.

Strong ownership and commercial instinct, with an ability to drive initiatives end to end.

Comfortable working with data and using analytics to make decisions.

Hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders.

Clear communicator who can coordinate effectively across merchants and internal teams.

Comfortable working with tools such as SQL, Trino, or Metabase.

Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to independently drive execution. Why GoKwik
