Location: Gurgaon A leading india focused growth-stage private equity fund is looking to hire an Associate to join its investment team in Gurgaon.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to work on high-impact investments across sectors such as Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build financial models, perform valuations, and support investment analysis.
- Conduct business, commercial, and financial due diligence.
- Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment committee presentations and investment memorandums.
- Monitor portfolio performance and partner with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support investment decisions.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience across the investment lifecycle, including deal execution.
- Exposure to Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Managed Services is preferred.
- MBA from a premier institute with a robust academic background.
- Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and passionate about investing in and scaling growth-stage businesses.
