We're Hiring | Corporate Associate (2+ Years PQE)

Location: Pune

Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking to expand our Corporate & Commercial Practice and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, licensing agreements and other corporate documents.

Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.

Assist in due diligence exercises, transactions and corporate structuring.

Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for corporate clients.

Liaise with clients and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on ongoing matters.

Requirements

LL.B. from a recognised university.





Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Law.

Solid drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of the Companies Act, contract law and general commercial laws.

Experience in legal due diligence and corporate transactions will be an added advantage.

Excellent research, analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.

Good English speaking is a must
