Role Description The Associate – Last Mile Delivery and Sales is a full-time, in office position based in Chirala. This role manages last mile delivery operations, including coordinating shipment dispatches, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time, accurate order fulfillment. The associate engages with local customers and partners to promote Safexpress services, supports sales activities, and helps identify opportunities for business growth within the region.

Daily responsibilities include updating delivery and sales records, collaborating with warehouse and transport teams, maintaining service quality and safety standards, and providing clear communication to stakeholders on shipment status. The role requires hands-on involvement in operational processes, adherence to company policies,



and proactive contribution to continuous improvement of delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong operational skills in logistics or supply chain, including coordination of deliveries, route planning, and basic inventory handling.

Customer service and sales capabilities, with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and support local business development

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with drivers, warehouse staff, customers, and internal teams.

Ability to work on-site in Chirala, manage field activities, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
