Manage end-to-end employee wellness and benefits, engagement initiatives and programs.

Ensuring continuous improvement, governance, and scalability of wellness programs and benefits.

Design and execute communication strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across geographies.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Leadership, BHR, COEs, Vendors) to plan, implement, and track offerings aligned with business and employee needs.

Monitor offering and program performance through dashboards, analytics, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring measurable impact (e.g., engagement, utilization, sentiment).

Manage vendor relationships, including Onboarding (Legal and ISG), Contract Renewals, Performance Management and delivery effectiveness.

Address stakeholder or associate queries related to wellness and benefits, ensuring timely resolution and high employee satisfaction.

Drive Engagement Calendar with initiatives, webinars, short/long term programs and campaigns focusing on holistic well-being.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies,



and data privacy related to employee perks.

Support process excellence and SOP development for wellness administration, enrollments, and program execution.

Conduct regular benchmarking of wellness and benefits programs against industry best practices and peer organizations.

Required

Background

Master’s degree in HR / MBA or relevant qualification

.10+ years of experience across HR domain

Experience in program design, stakeholder management, and HR operations .
