About the Role

You provide end‑to‑end HR operational support to the GIH Global organization, ensuring people processes are delivered consistently and aligned with global and regional HR strategies. Operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, you balance accuracy, responsiveness, and follow‑through while supporting employees, managers, and HR leadership.

What You’ll Do

Support the annual performance cycle by coordinating timelines, communications, reporting, and manager guidance

Deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics to support workforce planning and data‑driven decision‑making

Manage core HR operational processes across onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and employee documentation

Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, perks, attendance, payroll, and grievance procedures





Support compliance and audit readiness through accurate record‑keeping and documentation

Partner with HR leadership to deliver engagement initiatives, communications, and employee committee actions

Coordinate training activities, HR communications, and administrative processes to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations

What You’ll Bring

7-9 years of Experience supporting HR operations or administrative processes

Experience working with HR systems and reporting, with strong attention to data accuracy

Working knowledge of Middle East labour practices and HR policies

Ability to manage multiple priorities and time‑sensitive requests

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
