We're hiring: Associate, Founders Office - Mumbai

· Location: Mumbai, Wadala RTO / Wadala East

· Compensation: Rs. 33,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month

· Type: Full-time

We are hiring for an owner-led role in Mumbai, working close to the operating core of a growing food business. Community management sits at the heart of this role: talking to customers, handling reviews and feedback, and helping build a genuine community around the brand.

This is a broad, cross-functional role working directly with the owner, needing someone comfortable initiating conversations, following through, and taking ownership of open-ended problems across the business.

What you will do

· Talk directly to customers and community members: build relationships, handle reviews and feedback, and grow a genuine sense of community around the brand.

· Read and evaluate business and customer data to spot patterns and turn them into action.

· Take on high-priority owner-led projects across growth, operations,



and special functions.

· Coordinate with internal and external teams to keep projects moving.

· Identify gaps and opportunities, and take ownership of open-ended problems.

Who you are

· Strong communication in English and Hindi.

· Comfortable going out and talking to people: outreach, relationship-building, and community management.

· Comfortable reading and evaluating data, and turning it into clear next steps.

· High ownership, curious about how a business works end to end, and comfortable without a fixed lane.

· Experience in community management, customer success, or related roles is helpful.
