About The Role M2P Fintech is looking for a Product expert for Payment product, who will be pivotal in driving the strategy and execution of Payment products within the organization. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Payment offerings, extensive experience in platform product management, and solid technical skills to navigate the underlying systems. You will lead strategic initiatives across the Payments ecosystem, ensuring alignment with both market needs and compliance regulations.

What Will You Do In This

Role Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive Payment product strategy aligned with overall business goals, leveraging platform capabilities to drive innovation and market differentiation, including feature roadmap creation and prioritization.

Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the underlying platform architecture, APIs, and data flows to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimize user experience within the payment ecosystem.

Market Analysis & Competitive Insights:



Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.

Product Development & Launch: Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to develop, launch, and manage new Payment features and functionalities on the platform. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product strategy and user experience.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, compliance teams, risk management, and operations to ensure alignment with product vision and regulatory compliance.

Customer Focus: Advocate for customer needs, gather feedback, and prioritize features that enhance the overall Payment user experience.

Technical Understanding: Possess a strong technical foundation to understand system limitations, integration points, and potential impacts of product changes on the platform. What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years of experience in platform product management and at least 2-3 years of experience specifically leading Payment products. Strong technical knowledge of platform architecture, APIs, and data flows.

International experience is a plus. Excellent documentation skills.
