We’re looking for an Associate Director – Operations who can own day-to-day execution, bring operational discipline, and scale Interview Node’s programs, teams, and systems without things breaking. ? Shift: Overlap with US Time Zone (flexible, but availability required)

? Role Type: Full-time ? Responsibilities:

Own and run end-to-end operations across cohorts, instructors, sales ops, learner experience, and internal tools.

Build and refine scalable processes for enrollment, onboarding, class delivery, and post-program outcomes.

Act as the execution bridge between founders, sales, instructors, and support teams.

Track key operational metrics (enrollments, drop-offs, completion rates, NPS, revenue leakage).

Identify bottlenecks, fix broken workflows, and proactively prevent fires (not just fight them).

Hire, manage, and develop operations, support, and program management teams.

Drive automation and tooling across CRM, LMS, payments, and communication workflows.

Ensure consistent learner experience across all Interview Node programs. ? Requirements:

8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations (EdTech, SaaS, or services preferred).

Proven experience scaling processes in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Strong execution mindset with the ability to go from strategy → systems → daily ops.

Excellent written and spoken English with strong stakeholder communication skills.

High ownership mentality, you treat the business like it’s yours.

Comfortable working with cross-time-zone teams (including US overlap).

Experience with tools like CRMs, LMS platforms, automation tools, and analytics dashboards is a strong plus. ? Who Should NOT Apply:
