Role Overview The ASM is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of multiple dark stores within an assigned cluster, ensuring smooth inventory flow, fulfillment accuracy, freshness compliance, and customer satisfaction across all outlets under their charge.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across assigned dark stores (staffing, opening/closing, hygiene, SOP compliance)

Monitor stock levels, chiller inventory, and coordinate replenishment/redistribution across stores with HO and warehouse teams

Track daily order projections vs. actuals; flag demand spikes or stockouts

Ensure cold-chain integrity and food-safety compliance (especially for perishable/chicken & meat SKUs)

Manage store-level P&L;: wastage control, shrinkage, labor cost, and OOS minimization

Lead, train, and performance-manage Store Managers/store staff across the cluster





Coordinate new store setup, licensing, and launch readiness within the region

Drive customer experience metrics (delivery TAT, order accuracy, complaint resolution)

Report daily/weekly operational and stock-visibility metrics to Head Office Requirements 3–6 years in retail/quick-commerce/FMCG operations, ideally multi-store or cluster management

Experience with perishable/cold-chain inventory is a robust plus

Strong data orientation — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, daily MIS

Ability to travel across cluster stores regularly
