Looking for an experienced Assistant Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement at our DRI & Power Plant facility in Ramgarh, Jharkhand.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Any Graduate; MBA / PG in Materials Management or

Supply Chain an added advantage

- Minimum 4 years in plant / manufacturing procurement

(mandatory)

- Prior steel, sponge iron, or power plant purchase experience is a must
- Hands-on Lighthouse ERP experience is mandatory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Procurement of raw materials, spares, consumables,

capital equipment and general stores

- Enquiries, quotations, comparative statements and negotiations
- PO processing and tracking in Lighthouse ERP
- Vendor development and evaluation on price, quality,

delivery

- Coordination with stores, accounts and plant departments
- Material receipt verification against PO
- Purchase MIS, rate history and documentation
- Cost control and timely material availability
