Our founders, Akhil and Shriya, grew up eating Bangalore-style benne dosa and missed that taste in Mumbai. What started as cooking for friends slowly became a pursuit to recreate something familiar, honest, and consistent.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, uphold Benne’s high standards of quality and guest experience, and guide your team to deliver service that’s warm, efficient, and consistent. This is a role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality — someone who takes ownership of their outlet like it’s their own kitchen. Responsibilities

Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.





Supervise FOH and BOH teams, ensuring high levels of coordination and communication.

Maintain inventory and stock control, ensuring timely ordering and minimal wastage.

Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in line with FSSAI and company policy.

Handle guest feedback with empathy, turning every experience into a memorable one.

Support and participate in recent initiatives, events, or brand activations at the outlet. Requirements

3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR outlet management

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities A calm, people-first approach, and genuine love for hospitality Compensation
