Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role will be responsible for HR processes, employee relations, contract labour, statutory compliance, engagement, and coordination with business stakeholders while ensuring policy adherence and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, joining, and onboarding. Ensure timely availability of manpower as per business requirements.

2. HR Operations

Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes. Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

3. Contract Labour Management

Manage contract manpower and contractor coordination. Ensure proper documentation, attendance, wage records, and compliance with applicable labour requirements.

4. Audits & Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

Drive employee engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives. Address employee grievances promptly and ensure fair and effective resolution.

6. Industrial Relations

Manage employee/workmen relations, disciplinary matters, and day-to-day IR issues.



Support management in maintaining industrial harmony and operational discipline.

7. Stakeholder Coordination & HR MIS

Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Admin, contractors, and senior management on HR matters. Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, and ensure timely execution of HR activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate. MBA/PGDM in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 6–12 years of relevant HR experience.
- Industry: Strong preference for candidates from FMCG / Logistics / Food & Beverage / Consumer Products.
- Experience in plant, factory, warehouse, regional, or labour-intensive HR operations will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in contract labour management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and industrial relations.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, attendance, payroll inputs, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ERP, and HR MIS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a hands-on HR professional with proven FMCG/Manufacturing experience, capable of independently managing operational HR activities, contract labour, compliance, employee relations, and IR while maintaining discipline, policy adherence, and timely execution.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
