? Reporting To: General Manager – Finance ? ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional with strong expertise in Project Finance, RERA Compliance, Fund Raising, Banking & Lender Coordination, Financial Reporting and MIS.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably within the Real Estate sector, and be capable of managing project-level financial operations and coordinating with banks, financial institutions, consultants and internal stakeholders. ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ?️ 1.
Project
Finance & Day-to-Day Operations:
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities related to ongoing real estate projects.
- Monitor project-wise budgets, expenditures and fund utilization.
- Prepare project cost reports, cash flow statements and MIS reports. ⚖️ 2. RERA Compliance:
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable RERA regulations.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and project teams for preparation and certification of Form 3 and Form 5 under RERA. ? 3. Fund Raising, Documentation & Banking Support:
- Assist in arranging project finance, construction finance, working capital facilities and other funding requirements.
- Prepare financial information, project reports, CMA data and documents required by banks, financial institutions and investors.
- Coordinate with lenders, legal advisors, valuers, technical consultants and internal teams for loan processing. ? 4. Pre-Disbursement Compliance:
- Compile and submit documents required for sanction and disbursement of loans.
- Coordinate execution and registration of loan agreements, security documents, mortgage documents and financing documents.
- Ensure timely completion of Conditions Precedent (CP)
and other pre-disbursement requirements stipulated by lenders.
- Track approvals, NOCs, insurance policies, escrow arrangements and statutory compliances required before drawdown of funds. ? 5. Post-Disbursement Compliance:
- Monitor compliance with loan covenants and Conditions Subsequent (CS) specified by lenders.
- Prepare and submit periodic financial statements, project progress reports, stock statements, utilization certificates and other lender-required reports.
- Track loan disbursements, repayments, interest servicing and compliance timelines.
- Maintain complete documentation and records relating to borrowings, security creation, charge registration and lender correspondence.
- Coordinate with lenders for audits, inspections, site visits and periodic compliance reviews.

Financial
Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering project performance, cost analysis, cash flow, debt outstanding, interest servicing and fund utilization.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis. ? QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: ? Post Graduate Degree in Finance
(MBA Finance / M.Com / Equivalent)
? 4–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
Candidates with strong exposure to Project Finance, RERA, Banking, Fund Raising, Loan Documentation, Lender Compliance and Financial MIS will be preferred. ? COMPENSATION:
