Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The individual in this role will support day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper merchandising, and overseeing cash and billing procedures.

The Assistant

Manager will help maintain service standards, handle customer escalations, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. This role also involves assisting in sales planning, tracking performance metrics,



and coordinating with senior management on operational improvements. The position requires active floor presence, regular reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Strong retail operations and store management capabilities, including staff supervision and inventory oversight.
- Proficiency in customer service, complaint resolution, and maintaining high service quality standards.
- Experience with basic sales tracking, billing processes, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, manage schedules, and support training of team members.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields in a supervisory or team lead capacity is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of POS systems and common office applications.
